HOW WE WORK
Every engagement moves through the same five phases — whether it's a single logo or a full brand system. Consistency is the point. You always know where we are, what's coming next, and what's expected from both sides. Timelines flex by scope. The structure does not.
THE FIVE PHASES
1. Discover (typically Week 1)
We start with a kickoff call, an intake questionnaire, and an audit of your existing brand assets. You'll walk away with a signed creative brief — the source of truth for the entire engagement. No scope creep, no surprises.
2. Direct (Week 1–2)
Strategic creative direction explored as moodboards, design territories, or concepts — presented live with rationale. We narrow to one approved direction before any final design begins. This is the phase that protects your timeline and budget.
3. Design (Week 2–4)
First-round creative built against the approved direction. Production-ready thinking baked in from the start — file structures, scalability, print and digital considerations handled, not bolted on later.
4. Refine (Week 4–5)
Two rounds of consolidated revisions. Each round is one written feedback document covering all stakeholders, not piecemeal back-and-forth. Defined rounds force sharper feedback, which produces sharper creative.
5. Deliver (Week 5–6)
Production-ready files in every format you need, organized for easy handoff. Brand guidelines authored when applicable. A final walkthrough call so you can run with everything confidently.
How long things typically take
Project type
Logo + identity essentials (4–6 weeks)
Full brand system with guidelines (8–12 weeks)
Packaging — single SKU (3–5 weeks)
Packaging system — multi-SKU (6–10 weeks)
One-off campaign asset (1–2 weeks)
Annual report design (6–10 weeks)
Trade show / exhibition design direction (6–10 weeks)
Monthly retainer / ongoing sprint cycles inside this framework
Timelines assume timely feedback at each phase. Slow feedback extends the timeline, not the budget.
